How do I submit the deposit for my appointment (or special order)?
There are two ways you can do this - (1) You can call our shop at 512-366-7888 with your credit card information. We'll input this directly into our terminal and your credit card information itself is not saved for your security. Or (2) you can send it via Paypal to our shop account - [email protected]
Why we require a deposit?
The deposit is your promise to us that you will keep your appointment. On our end, we keep our promise of starting on time and doing our best to deliver on schedule. This means the technician's calendar is blocked off ahead of time to work on your and your vehicle alone. No other patron will be able to schedule an installation with the given technician at that time. A no-show not only means that we don't get to work on your vehicle, but also that we were not able to offer your appointment time to someone else. Life happens, and we understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule. No problem. We ask that you give us at least a one-business day heads up.
Here is another real life example of why a deposit is necessary for us: if you schedule a doctor's visit and don't show up, it may not be a big deal. As most doctor's visits go, you would have likely waited for an hour to be seen for about 5 to 10 minutes. You not showing up means the next patient waits 10 minutes less. But if you are trying to schedule a procedure where the doctor has to be specifically prepared and other services / apparatus need to be coordinated, and you don't show up ... that would be a problem! Hence a deposit is required up-front to guarantee your arrival and to ensure the operation runs efficiently.
What if I don't want to put down a deposit?
The deposit is refundable with a one-business day heads up, but we understand if you would prefer not to give one. Your appointment will be marked as tentative, and your install still may happen on-time on a day we are not very busy. However, we cannot guarantee that.
